Questions related to access to HIV Treatment for EU and non-EU people

We are unable to provide migration advice to individuals considering moving to Malta, or who have migrated to Malta. This is due to the complexity of migration law, (particularly for non-EU citizens) which is not within our competences. Nevertheless, we do have information which you may consult on our page specifically on Travelling to Malta.
